Rush shipping will not be accepted. Give us at least 2-3 days to process your orders depending on our shipping dates.

In any case that we shipped the wrong item or the buyer received a wrong parcel, the buyer has the right to return the item and the shop is oblige to replace the item if and only if;

- Not broken by the receiver.
- Product must be in its original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

For returns, any item that exceeded for more than 7 days from the day it was shipped will not be accepted.

Once a package is dropped off to our courier (LBC / J&T) for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. The item’s arrival will depends on the courier, please be advised that each parcel is subject for delay, depending on the shipment volume (Ex. Peak Seasons / Typhoon / etc). In cases of damages and or delay caused by the shipping courier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable. In any circumstances that your package is delayed, please do also contact the courier.
Livepillow will not be liable for any delay of the shipment, damage, or lost packages by our courier LBC / J&T. Please understand that these are beyond our control. Once your item/s is shipped, we no longer have any control on how the courier handles, manages, and sent out packages. For any complain, contact the courier directly.
