Production Before Delivery
Customized pillows, personalized bedsheets, comforters, and photo gifts are produced after your order is confirmed. Production time may vary depending on the product type, design complexity, quantity ordered, and current workload.
Delivery Within The Philippines
Once production is completed, orders are shipped through trusted courier partners. Delivery times may vary depending on whether the destination is within Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao.
- Metro Manila: Usually 1–3 business days after shipping.
- Luzon: Usually 2–5 business days after shipping.
- Visayas: Usually 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Mindanao: Usually 4–10 business days after shipping.
